Hereford Lacrosse Casino Night-Save the Date, Saturday April 17th

Please join us for our new Hereford Lacrosse Fundraiser: Casino Night at Hunt Valley Golf Club. Plan on an evening of fun with friends playing casino games and socializing. A Texas Hold'em Tournament starts at 6 p.m., followed by a buffet and casino games from 7 to 11 p.m. Casino Night costs per person is $75 and a cash bar will be available (participation in Texax Hold’em is $100). Coaches will have tickets available for sale, so plan to join us for this memorable spring evening! Parent Meeting and Equipment Swap, March 21st at Hereford Middle School

The parent meeting will take place at 4:00 p.m., giving a brief overview of our program and a short Q & A for parents during the meeting.

Girls Equipment Swap-drop off at 3:00 p.m., pick-up with tickets begins at 3:30 p.m. Pick-up only starts at 3:45 p.m. (Uniforms, goggles, and sticks)

Boys Equipment Swap-drop off at 4:00 p.m., pick-up with tickets begins at 4:30 p.m. Pick-up only starts at 4:45 p.m. (Uniforms, gloves, pads, and sticks)

You will be given a ticket for each item you drop off and may select up to three (3) "new-to-you" items. Individuals donating items are given first choice. If there are additional items left, you may take more at the end. Our goal is to have nothing left by the end of the day!

We will not be able to accept helmets. Originally, we intended to collect helmets for donation to an underprivileged Lacrosse Organization, but their legal documents regarding transfer and liability of the helmets is not in order. Maybe next year!

LAX Spirit League Open House

This event is designed to educate children and parents about Lacrosse in a relaxed, casual environment. So that kids can get a hands-on feel for the game of lacrosse, we will provide soft balls and sticks to play with and have equipment available to try on (You can bring your own as well, if you like). Parents will be able to interact with other parents and coaches that have been involved in all levels of the program & sport. We recognize that getting started in lacrosse is a large investment and want to give new players an opportunity to try it out. We will do our best to make this a positive first experience. Girls are welcome as well.

Spring 2010 Outdoor Registration

Registration for the 2010 HZRPC Lacrosse season has closed except for the Spirit age groups.

Registration cost for Spring 2010 is $120 ($75 for Spirit). Online registration requires a payment by Visa or Mastercard. If you do not wish to pay for registration by Visa or Mastercard, would prefer to pay by cash or check, or are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact Registration Coordinator to make alternate payment arrangements (Lauren May, Girls Registration Coordinator, at mayhenhouse@comcast.net or Heather Loyd, Boys Registration Coordinator at hgloyd@gmail.com). You are not registered unless you receive a payment confirmation from SportZwave or the Registration Coordinator.

MYLA 2010 Age Eligibility Guidelines

MYLA has distributed guidelines for 2010 spring lacreosse season concerning age eligibility for the various playing levels; Tyker, Lightning, Midget, and Junior.
