This is the "home page" for information specific to the Girls Program in Hereford Rec Lacrosse. Please note that the rest of the site also contains other important information about the program in general that applies to girls, especially registration, events calander, and team pages.

This section contains information that the players and parents of Hereford Rec Girls should refer to as necessary, including playing level specific information, evaluation procedures, and other policy and procedures.

Spring 2009 LAX Evaluation

The schedule for evaluation is posted on home page The following information is specific to girls evaluation. See the section for your playing level (above) for details specific to that level.

What do I bring?

• Stick
• Mouthguard
• Goggles
• Tennis shoes for indoor, cleats for outdoor.
• Reversible pinny (if available)
• Water bottle
• Positive attitude

Be ready to go and prepared to do your best! Evaluations determine whether you play on "A" or "B" or "C" level teams.
