Hereford Rec Lacrosse provides boys and girls of all ability levels with the opportunity to learn and grow as lacrosse players.  Our goal is to create a fun, positive and safe environment that allows boys and girls to develop a lifelong love of the sport of lacrosse while building skills and confidence.
